With over three decades of experience across diverse industries, Mehul is responsible for various strategic initiatives at Nexdigm. Mehul leverages his passion for improvement to drive a strong culture of excellence across the entire organization.
Mehul spearheaded Nexdigm’s Process Consulting and Business Process Management practice which he helped set up in 2004. He has worked with global clients from Healthcare, Business Aviation, Automotive, Engineering, Retail, Food Processing, and Consumer Finance.
In the early part of his career at Nexdigm, Mehul focused on setting up the processes and methodology for the Assurance practice and leading the implementation of Nexdigm’s quality management system and its certification under ISO 9001:2008.
Mehul uses his keen eye for detail to drive a high process orientation across Nexdigm. He believes that understanding the root cause behind any problem is the key to innovation with practical solutions. As part of guiding the business, Mehul performs several roles including problem definition and solution design, people development, and initiating and mentoring projects under the Center of Excellence (CoE).
Mehul holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce from Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce (India). He is also a qualified Cost Accountant and Chartered Accountant.
Mehul lives in Pune, India and is an active hiking and trekking enthusiast. He enjoys going off the digital grid occasionally to spend more time with his family.
