JOB DESCRIPTION:
Weare looking for a dynamic technology enthusiast to join our team, supportingtransformative initiatives and driving innovation. The ideal candidate willresearch emerging trends in technology, assist in crafting Business RequirementDocuments (BRDs), and provide strategic insights to enhance our initiatives.
KeyResponsibilities:
TechnologyResearch & Analysis:
- Monitorand assess emerging technologies, innovations, and market trends
- Conductcompetitive analysis and identify opportunities for adoption
- TransformativeInitiatives:
- Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to support technology-driven projects
- Proposeinnovative solutions to business challenges
BRDDevelopment:
- Workclosely with stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Draftdetailed and comprehensive BRDs to guide project execution
StrategicInsights & Support:
- Provideguidance on implementing transformative technologies
- Actas a technology advocate within the organization
Qualifications:
- Strongpassion for technology and innovation
- Bachelor’sdegree in computer science, IT, or a related field (optional but preferred)
- Excellentresearch, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Effectivecommunication and collaboration capabilities
- Familiaritywith BRD creation and project documentation
DesiredSkills:
- Knowledgeof cutting-edge technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Experiencewith tools like Google Trends, Gartner reports, or similar for tech research
- Understandingof business processes and project lifecycles
