JOBDESCRIPTION:
Yourjobresponsibilitieswillinclude,
· Willbeworking/practicalknowledgeaboutoperationofcertainserviceindustryofBFS segment such as PMS, MF, AIF, Wealth Management Offshore funds etc.
· Thecandidateshouldhavetheabilitytoanalyze,compare,andinterpretfactsandfigures quickly; and beable sound judgments based on this information.
· He/Sheshouldhavegoodoralandwrittencommunicationskills,well-developedinterpersonal skills, leadership andpeople management skills.
· Businessunderstanding,systemsandcomputerskillsarerequired.
· Accuracyandtheabilitytohandleresponsibilitywithlimitedsupervisionareimportant.
· He/sheshouldnothavemajorconstraintfortravellingoutstation.
· He / She should be in a position tolead the team of at least 4-5 juniors under him and guide them. Also may haveto report to partner directly

· Defineandmanageappropriatekeyperformanceindicatorstoensuredeliveryofwork,as agreed with key stakeholders.
· Strengthen thedeliverycapabilitiesofthepracticebytrainingandmentoringthe teamand adhering to professional practice requirements.
