Transfer Pricing

Years of experience: 0 to 2 years

Location: Mumbai

Role: Executive

Job Profile:

  • Handling Transfer Pricing assignments which includes:
  • Formulating transfer pricing policy/planning study/advisory assignments that includes conducting functional analysis along with benchmarking analysis by using electronic database and publicly available information.
  • Assisting clients is preparing TP documentation and Master File as per Indian TP Regulations
  • Conducting transfer pricing audits for issuance of Form 3CEB.
  • Assistance is preparing submissions, research for case laws in relation to TP assessments.
  • Assistance in writing newsletter/article/alert in relation to latest development in the field of transfer pricing.
  • Undertaking benchmarking analysis on global database in relation to financial transactions, royalty payments, management fees etc.

Indirect Tax

Years of experience: 0 to 4 years

Role: Executive, Senior Executive

Location: Mumbai

Job Profile:

  • Handling GST advisory and upcoming compliances with/without help of ASPs and GSPs.
  • Handling routine compliances and advisory work under Service Tax, Excise and VAT which includes:
  • Computation and Making payment of above taxes on timely basis
  • Review of workings prepared by client
  • Applying for registrations, amendments, etc
  • Filing returns
  • Drafting reply to routine indirect tax queries
  • VAT Audits and Departmental audits
  • Assessments and appeals
  • Regular updating technical knowledge. Updated on GST rules, GST Act, GSTN procedures.


Banking & Financial Services

Job Profile:


  •        The candidate should have knowledge about financialservices operations of PMS / MF / AIF / Wealth Management Offshore funds etc.
  • The candidate should have the ability to analyze,compare, and interpret facts and figures quickly; and be able to make soundjudgments.
  • Tobe able to exhibit Excel skills in the analysis of data.
  •  The candidate should have a knowledge of accountingof financial transactions, review and MIS reporting of client statements /portfolios.
  • He / She should have good oral and writtencommunication skills, well-developed interpersonal skills, leadership andpeople management skills.
  • Business understanding, systems and computer skillsare required.
  • Accuracy and the ability to handle responsibilitywith limited supervision are important.
  • He / She should be able tolead the team of at least 4-5 juniors under him and guide them


CFO Services

Job Profile:

  • Expert knowledge of business processes, accounting, reporting and audit methodology
  • Expert knowledge and application of accounting standards and SAs under Indian GAAP
  • Awareness of reporting under IFRS and other GAAPs as may be required for the group reporting for various entities.
  • Awareness of direct and indirect taxes and corporate laws
  • Excellent team management and client handling experience
  • Strong analytical skills

  • Good technical knowledge needed for execution of assignment
