| To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to External Communication • Focus on activities to increase SKP’s visibility and engagement with our external audience • Conceptualise and design: o Group brochures o Group and practice-specific flyers, posters o Alerts, newsletters, articles, publications • Review and edit content for all of the above for language, grammar, tone and run plagiarism checks • Create/review and manage content (CMS) for the Group’s websites, including: o Articles, case studies, practice-specific updates o Monitor analytics o Blog creation and management • Digital marketing: Strategise and manage the company’s presence across digital platforms o Email marketing o Social media pages – post content and monitor analytics o Search engine optimisation (SEO) and marketing (SEM) • Support practice- or product-specific campaigns • Draft important emails/letters as required • Coordinate with external agencies for any communication requirement • Support all teams across the Group with any communication requirement Internal Communication • Publish our internal quarterly newsletter – coordinate internally for content and put it together • Increase employee engagement on social networks • Manage our editorial calendar • Brand guidelines: Create handbooks/style guides for grammar, writing style, font, colours, letter writing, imagery, etc. • Work with the HR team to help improve internal engagement, etc. |
