About the department:
Our CFO Support Service offers a dedicated team offinance professionals who provide comprehensive assistance with routine financeand compliance tasks. We focus on delivering seamless, efficient service whileensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and effectively managingall financial processes.
We take full ownership of the finance and accountingfunctions, offering end-to-end support that includes ERP implementation, legacyaccounting, and audit assistance. By partnering closely with our clients, wework to minimize risks related to finance and accounting, providing a strategic,hands-on approach that strengthens overall financial operations and ensureslong-term compliance and stability.

JOBDESCRIPTION:
· Be responsible for accounting up to finalization asper Indian GAAP, Schedule III, Income tax etc.
· Passing entries on day-to-day basis and keepingbooks of accounts up to date
· Ensure timely payment to taxes
· Assist in preparing data for income tax return, TDSreturns and GST returns,
· Review client’s accounting and identify gaps andprovide resolutions
· Ensure timely MIS and other Management needs
· Should take ownership of his/her work and initiaterequired activities to get the results
· Liaise with client
· Liaise with auditors
· Prepare approach papers and process notes
· Travel across all locations for meeting clients andexecuting assignments
· Any other tasks assigned by the seniors
Vital Skillsets Required:
a)Strong accounting background
b) Experience with Financial Systems / ERPs
c) Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge:

e) Proficiency in MS Office

To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need tohave,
a) B Com, M Com with 0-3 years’ postqualification experience
b) Basic knowledge of businessprocesses, accounting, reporting and audit methodology
c) Basic knowledge and applicationof accounting standards and tax environment
d) Awareness offinancial reporting.
e) Awareness ofdirect and indirect taxes and corporate laws
f) Self starter witha strong work ethic
g) Exposure to ERPenvironment (Tally, SAP, JDE, etc.)
h) Strongcommunication, with good command on English language
