JOBDESCRIPTION – SENIOR PROCESS SPECIALIST- FINANCE & ACCOUNTS - TRAINER


Role-specificskillsets:

  • Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
  • Translate requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
  • Build an annual training program and prepare monthly teaching plans/schedules
  • Develop and oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals. These should cover the latest updates received from clients and changes in the process
  • Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
  • Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation and process sessions
  • Deliver training courses
  • Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
  • Stay abreast of the new trends and tools

    Working Model:Work-from-office

    Shift Timings: Nexdigm operates in multiple shifts to helpcater to our clients better:

    • Morning shift - 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
    • General shift - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
    • Evening Shift - 3:30 pm to 12:30 am

    Please Note: Shift timings differ basis the role. The shifttiming allocated to you will depend on the scope of work and will be communicatedto you during the offer discussion.

     

    DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

    • Should have strong accounting domain knowledge with prior training experience from 4 to 6 years.
    • Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting for AP, AR, GL process
    • Proven ability to master the full training cycle
    • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques
    • Familiarity with talent management and feedback regards trainees to assist supervisors in succession planning
    • Ability to translate complex information in simpler terms to a variety of audiences
