Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic Communication Specialist with2-4 years of experience in the B2B industry. The ideal candidate should have a flairfor content creation and strategy and possess a knack for social mediastrategies. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging andinformative content such as articles, white papers, press releases, websitecontent, case studies, video scripts, etc. The candidate would handle bothinternal and external communication needs for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for variousplatforms, including blogs, articles, newsletters, case studies, reports, andwhitepapers.
  • Ensure all written content is engaging, accurate, andaligned with the company’s voice and tone.
  • Design and implement effective social media strategies toenhance brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn,Twitter, and others.
  • Track and analyze the performance of content and socialmedia campaigns.
  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and businessdevelopment teams to align communication efforts with overall businessobjectives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Communication, Marketing,  Journalism, or related field
  • Proven work experience in a communication role within theB2B industry.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear,concise, and engaging content.
  • Creative thinking with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with web publications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team underdeadlines

Skills that would be an added advantage

  • Hands-onexperience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
  • Experience with keyword research and SEO content writing
  • Experience in PR and Media related assignments

DESIRED CANDIDATEPROFILE:

  • Degreein English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field
  • Provenwork experience as a Content Writer or similar role
  • Experiencedoing research using multiple sources
  • Creativethinking with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Possessa strong ability to understand requirements and communicate effectively
  • Familiaritywith web publications
  • Excellentwriting and editing skills in English, with good command over the language
  • Work under tight deadlines
