OurRequirement

We are looking for a Process Excellence resource to be a part of our BPM practice. A Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with 4+ years of hands on experience in driving process improvement projects In the Legal process outsourcing domain, including abstraction, obligation tracking and drafting of contracts.

Skillsets we would like to see you exhibit,

Role-specific skillsets:


  • Experience in managing Lean Six Sigma projects and driving results
  • Train, Coach and Mentor Green Belt candidates to complete the projects and help them in Certifications
  • Shall be involved in need assessment, project selection, project impact and overall project management.
  • Manage projects to ensure timely completion and deliver expected customer results
  • Driving culture of data based decision making and of continuous improvement, automations and operational analytics on the floor by engaging with Stakeholders at various levels
  • Identify robotics automation opportunities


Desired Candidate Profile:


  • Experience in implementation of value stream maps, Root Cause Analysis, Non Value add identification
  • Good working knowledge of MS -Office, especially Excel and Power Point
  • Good Understanding of RPA Process, tools & methodologies
  • Trained Six Sigma Master Black Belt (desirable)
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environment and derive clear actionable from hazy inputs
  • Has the skills to identify/recognize automation opportunities. (if have driven automation working along with developers is an added advantage)
  • Strong in communication and able to present to clients on the transformation roadmap
  • Self-started and able to work independently with minimal support/guidance
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills

Working Model:
Work-from-office

 

Shift Timings: Nexdigm operates in multiple shifts to help cater to our clients better:

  • Morning shift - 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • General shift - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
  • Evening Shift - 3:30 pm to 12:30 am

Please Note: Shift timings differ basis the role. The shift timing allocated to you will depend on the scope of work and will be communicated to you during the offer discussion.
