Skillsets we would liketo see you exhibit,

Role specific skillsets:

·        Have experience in independentlyperforming statutory or concurrent audits of banks.

·        The candidate shouldhave preliminary knowledge about banking industry.

·        The role would involve in monthly closing andpreparation of reports for an MNC bank which would encompass the belowactivities and shall have rich exposure in RBI and Bank’s senior managementreporting :

o   Nostro balance updation

o   Deposits/loans file

o   Derivatives register

o   Intra liquidity files

o   Nostro balance (BLR6)

o   QCCP finalisation

o   Collateral pledge working

·  The candidate shouldhave the ability to analyze, compare, and interpret facts and figures quickly;and be able sound judgments based on this information.

· He / She should havegood oral and written communication skills, well-developed interpersonal skills,leadership and people management skills.

·   Businessunderstanding, systems and computer skills are required.

·    Accuracy and theability to handle responsibility with limited supervision are important.

Qualification: CA with 1-2years of experience in Accounting and Concurrent Audits

To be tailor-fit forthe above skillsets, you need to have,

• Vital - Experience inBank & Financial Institutions, Financial statement preparation / auditingand reporting
• Essential -Experience in Internal and concurrent Audit, Process Skills, usage of ComputerAssisted Auditing tools, Transaction processing, Book-keeping, PresentationSkills, Leadership, Research Ability, Analytical Ability.
