JOB DESCRIPTION:
Your job responsibilities will include,
• Will be working / practical knowledge aboutoperation of certain service industry of BFS segment such as PMS, MF, AIF,Wealth Management Offshore funds etc.
• The candidate should have the ability toanalyze, compare, and interpret facts and figures quickly; and be able soundjudgments based on this information.
• He / She should have good oral and writtencommunication skills, well-developed interpersonal skills, leadership andpeople management skills.
• Business understanding, systems and computerskills are required.
• Accuracy and the ability to handleresponsibility with limited supervision are important.
• He / she should not have major constraint fortravelling outstation.
• He / She should be in a position to lead theteam of at least 4-5 juniors under him and guide them. Also may have to reportto partner directly

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Has working or audit experience in middle andback-office operations of Wealth Management Firms, Mutual Fund AMC’s, AIF,Depository or Capital Markets etc.
• Should have thorough knowledge and understandingof investments and securities.
• Should be abreast of the SEBI and RBIregulations applicable.
• Supervision and responsible for quality andtimely delivery of all engagements within financial services practice
• Internal SOPs and methodology to be keptupdated.
• Define and manage appropriate key performanceindicators to ensure delivery of work, as agreed with key stakeholders.
• Strengthen the delivery capabilities of thepractice by training and mentoring the team and adhering to professionalpractice requirements.
• Release alerts and thought leadership articlesat regular intervals.
• Partner with Business Solutions resources forautomating processes thereby building efficiencies.
• Knowledge of Wealth Spectrum / Miles softwarewould be preferable.
Vital –
• Experience in Bank & Financial Institutionsparticularly in wealth management firms, depository or capital markets
